Geoff came to our rescue! We had our house formerly listed with a highly advertised Realtor at Vons and billboards around town; but she took off and left us in the hands of several unlicensed 20-somethings who let us down in a big way. Several major mistakes were made but the one we could not allow to continue was that our listing kept mysteriously disappearing off MLS & Realtor.com on weekends. We cancelled that contract and signed with Geoff on a Friday.
